ACCOUNT DELETION
INFORMATION

Users can request the deletion of their account at any time by submitting a request to our support team via email at soporte@prosite.com, with the subject “[Account Deletion]”. 

 

Upon receiving the request, we will validate the ownership of the account and begin the process of permanently deleting all data associated with the requesting account. This process may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the volume of data and the complexity of the case.

 

Please note that certain data may be retained for a limited time to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms and policies. Once the process is complete, the account and its data will be irretrievable, so we recommend downloading any necessary information before submitting the deletion request.
